Center Neurology P.C. offers comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders. Dr. Saba will review your medical history, with special attention to your present problem before reaching his diagnosis. Tests of vision, strength, coordination, reflexes and sensation may be made - as appropriate - to determine the source of your problem. Further tests such as CT scans, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Electroencephalography (EEG) and Electromyography (EMG) may be required to confirm the specific diagnosis or determine the most beneficial course of treatment.
We also provide Botox therapy for chronic migraines.

Monday & Wednesday : 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday : 11:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
*Closed for lunch on Monday & Wednesday from 1:00 to 1:30.*
The office may close prior to 4 p.m., as needed, due to the volume of patients on any given day. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance. This courtesy will allow rescheduling and time for another patient to fill the vacancy. There is a fee for neglecting to cancel an appointment (no call, no show). For your convenience, our New Patient Forms are available for download. Please completely fill in all forms prior to your scheduled appointment.
*No pets are allowed except for service animals. Please be prepared to explain what work or task the animal has been trained to perform.
Insurance/Payments
Insurance/Payment - Center Neurology, P.C. accepts most major insurance plans. Your health insurance will be filed for you, however, most insurance companies do not cover 100% of the charges. You are obligated to pay any remaining balance. If you have any question regarding insurance filing or your statement, please do not hesitate to call the business office. Center Neurology, P.C. accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express in payment for services.
